​The second phase of the energy efficiency subsidy call ends tomorrow

The Ministry of Economy (ME) informs all citizens that today, on 02 December 2022, at 23:59 hrs, ends the First Phase of the Call for Energy Efficiency Subsidies, while the Second Phase will be open until 9 December 2022.

The First Phase included only the application to become eligible to apply in the Second Phase for subsidy, where all applicants becoming eligible in the First Phase, namely who met the criteria of the ME’s Public Call for Energy Efficiency subsidy, have the right to apply.

Additional clarifications:

Phase II

After becoming eligible in the first phase, citizens must purchase the equipment selected in accordance with the criteria specified in the Call, and then they can apply for the Phase II through the e-Kosova platform in order to be able to benefit from this subsidy, by uploading the following documents:

1. The regular invoice or the fiscal receipt for the purchase of the equipment (the invoice must be no older than the date of the publication of the first call dated 06.10.2022);

2. Certificate of the bank account or copy of the bank card;

3. Picture of the equipment purchased or installed according to the criteria specified in the Call (the equipment must be installed and ready for inspection from 10.01.2023);

4. Picture of the serial number of the equipment;

5. Picture of the equipment performance label (optional for individual biomass stoves);

6. For single mothers, to benefit the subsidy of 90% for the individual biomass stove and 60% for the air-to-air inverter heat pump (efficient air-conditioner), it is required to upload evidence confirming the status of single mother.

7. The Subsidy Agreement must be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Economy, and after filling up electronically (directly in the document in the shaded sections) must be uploaded by the party on the e-Kosova platform in (PDF) format, within II-nd Phase of application. Phase II – Application by social scheme beneficiaries (category I & II)

For applicants who are beneficiaries of the csoial scheme (category I & II), phase II is divided into two steps:

Step 1: The applicant must upload to the e-Kosova platform the following documents:

1. Pro-invoice – allowed only for individual biomass stoves and air-air inverter heat pump (efficient air-conditioner);

2. Certificate of the bank account or copy of the bank card;

3. Evidence confirming support from the social scheme (category I & II).

For social scheme beneficiaries, ME will transfer the financial funds of the subsidy before the purchase or installation of the individual biomass stove or Air-to-Air inverter heat pump (efficient air-conditioner).

Step 2: After receiving the subsidy and purchasing the equipment, the documents below must be sent to following email address: [email protected]:

1. The regular invoice or the fiscal receipt for the purchase of the equipment (the invoice must be no older than the date of the publication of the first call dated 06.10.2022);

2. Picture of the equipment purchased or installed according to the criteria specified in the Call ;(the equipment must be installed and ready for inspection from 10.01.2023);

3. Picture of the serial number of the equipment;

4. Picture of the equipment performance label (optional for individual biomass stoves).

The Ministry of Economy invites all citizens who have been pre-qualified in Phase I to complete all the procedures mentioned above and in the Pubic Call within the deadline in order to become beneficiaries of the subsidy.
