The Deputy Mayor of Pristina, Alban Zogaj, together with the Director of Planning, Arbër Sadiki, signed the official declaration for the launch of the international architectural competition for the design of the "Dr. Ibrahim Rugova Memorial Park and Presidential Library".

This project represents a point of reference for the entire nation, preserving the eternal memory of the visionary and historical leader of Kosovo, Dr. Ibrahim Rugova.

This space will serve as a valuable source of knowledge and inspiration for future generations.

In this spirit, the best architects from around the world are invited to present their visions and contribute to a project that embodies the national values, history and intellectual heritage of Kosovo.
