The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo has informed that after days of record rainfall, our country will be affected by hot air masses originating from North Africa. According to forecasts, these hot air masses will intensify next week, creating conditions for the mercury in the thermometer to reach 34-37 degrees Celsius in the second half of next week.

"Tomorrow the weather is expected to be mostly calm with few clouds around the mountain relief, while on Sunday the weather will be mostly clear and hot. The high presence of air humidity and high pressure will create the feeling that temperatures will go above these above values", IHMK announced.

According to forecasts, the UV index will be very high, therefore the institute has asked for caution against direct contact with the sun's rays, especially from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.
