The HUR military intelligence service announced today that the new ballistic missile, which the Russians fired yesterday at the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, was intercontinental and possibly a Cedar-type missile.

Three years ago, Russian media reported that these are new intercontinental ballistic missiles that Russia will develop in 2023-2024, to replace the old model Yars ICBM.

The rocket took 15 minutes to reach Dnipro after being launched from the Astrakhan region, according to HUR. It also says the missile had six warheads.

The projectile traveled to the target at a speed of Mach 11 - 13 kilometers per hour.
