The government of Montenegro will announce three days of mourning for the tragedy in Cetinje, Prime Minister Milojko Spajic announced tonight.

He also asked that all outdoor events across the state be cancelled.

"The terrible tragedy hit us all. Right now, all police teams, everything available, are in Cetinje. We are looking for the perpetrator, we are on the right track," Spajiq told RTCG.

Spajic said that four people were seriously injured and that doctors are fighting for their lives.

He said that the National Security Council is expected to be held tomorrow, where all modulations will be examined, including the complete ban on the use of weapons.

"This is a tragedy that should make us wonder who can have weapons in Montenegro, both for sport and hunting, we understand everything, but the criteria and punishments for those who possess weapons without permit, who carry weapons illegally. This must be resolved urgently", Spajiq said.
