Tensions in the Albanian Parliament, DP MP Flamur Noka hit Minister Taulant Balla with a bottle, while the latter was speaking from his seat.

Noka clashed with the guards, who prevented him from approaching the minister.

Spiropali has excluded Noka from the session.

In addition, DP deputy Petrit Doda was seen removing his belt, attempting to hit Balla.
