Security professor Avni Islami has commented on the developments after last night's terrorist attack in Zubin Potok.

Last night, Kosovo's critical infrastructure was targeted by a professional and sophisticated explosion aimed at destabilizing the country and disrupting essential services, Islami wrote on the X network.

He said that all the evidence points to the Civil Defense (Civilna Zastita), acting on the orders of the Serbian authorities.

"Civil Defense" and "North Brigade" are two of the criminal groups that have operated over the years in the north of Kosovo. By decision of the Government of Kosovo, "Civil Defense" and "North Brigade" have been declared terrorist organizations.
