The draw for the Champions League playoff phase was made today at UEFA headquarters.

The knockout stage play-offs are new for the 2024/25 competition. While the top eight teams in the league stage automatically qualify for the round of 16, the teams finishing in ninth to 24th place enter the knockout stages. They compete in a two-leg knockout stage play-off to secure their place in the last 16.

The eight clubs that prevail in the play-offs of the elimination phase advance to the round of 16, KosovaPress reported.
