In August of this year, the number of visitors (local and foreign) was 71, of which 232 percent were local and 35,83 percent were foreign. Compared to the month of August 64,17 (there were 2022 visitors), there was an increase in the total number of visitors by 60 percent.
The Statistics Agency of Kosovo announces that the number of online stays was 166 thousand 377, of which 44,05 percent by locals and 55,95 percent by foreigners.
According to KAS, the number of internal visitors and their stays by region, the region of Peja has the largest number of internal visitors.
"The region of Peja has the largest number of domestic visitors with 8 visitors and 036 overnight stays," the report states.
ASK also announces that, as far as foreign visitors are concerned, compared to the previous period (August 2022), there is an increase in visitors by 6,37%. A total of 45 foreign visitors, of which the largest number is from: Germany, Albania, Switzerland, etc.
