Cristiano Ronaldo has dedicated an emotional post to his partner Georgina Rodriguez for Valentine's Day.

He congratulated her with one of their first photos together, taken by a paparazzi.

The footballer posted a message on Instagram saying: "My one and only girlfriend. Always."

For the greeting card, he used a photo taken at the beginning of their relationship, when they were still trying to hide it.

Rodriguez recently celebrated her 31st birthday and Cristiano had only words of praise.

Although Georgina and Cristiano did not marry, he called her his wife.

Ronaldo and Rodriguez have been dating since 2016, and they met at the store where Georgina worked. The couple has five children, and Georgina is the biological mother of Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda.
