Through a communique on the official website, Prishtina announced that he held the club's Assembly, in which he decided to elect Remzi Ejupin as Honorary President.
Prishtina has honored Ejupi for his unparalleled dedication, endless sacrifice and true passion in building a strong football tradition in Kosovo, reports KosovaPress.
Ejupi is the longest serving mayor of Pristina, where he contributed to the club for 20 years.
Also, Ejupi is the most successful chairman of FC Prishtina with 16 trophies won: five championship titles, five Kosovo Cup trophies and six Supercup trophies.
