Today, the Special Prosecution filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina - Special Department, against 18 defendants with the initials KZ, LS, S.SH, AU, VH, BP, A.GJ, GA, KS, BS, VI, FJ, FY , AN, AS, AT, BO and MM in the case known as "Subsidies V". The indictment was filed for the criminal offenses of misuse of official position or authority, taking bribes, giving bribes, exercising influence, as well as fraud with subsidies.

The indictment was filed against eight defendants as officials, four of them are from the Ministry of Agriculture, two are officials from the Gjilan region within the AZHB, one official in the Municipality of Kllokot, one official in the Municipality of Vitia and 10 defendants others are citizens. The Special Prosecution has proposed to confiscate the property benefit seized from the defendants, acquired by committing criminal offenses in the amount of 184 thousand euros.
