The leader of the Serbian party "For Freedom, Justice and Survival", Nenad Rashic, says he is open to cooperating with anyone who creates a parliamentary majority in the Kosovo Assembly.

He states that the first contact for a coalition will be the winning party of the elections, the Vetevendosje Movement, but adds that there are no restrictions for other parties. Regarding this, Rašić, who is the current Minister for Communities and Returns, emphasizes that he prefers a stable government that has stable numbers in the legislature.

In an interview with KosovaPress, Rashic says he is ready to talk to anyone who creates a parliamentary majority in the Assembly.

"We have had contact (with Prime Minister Kurti) but we have not talked about these (coalition) but about some more technical issues. Normally, my first address in terms of conversations after the vote counting will be Mr. Kurti. This is normal because I have been cooperating with him for the last two or three years. However, I have no restrictions with other parties, especially those with whom I know personally, since I have been in politics for 20 years. I am familiar with everything that is on the political scene and I will not make any limitations to talk with one party, but on the contrary I will talk with all the other parties", emphasizes Rashiq.

Rašić emphasizes that Kosovo needs a more stable government, which, according to him, will have sufficient votes in the Assembly, as difficult decisions for the country will need to be made.

He mentions the dialogue with Serbia, the Association Statute, and relations with allies as the primary issues of the next government.

On the other hand, Rasic also speaks for KosovaPress about the ongoing student protests in Serbia, where, according to him, a revolution is taking place and it is a matter of months before the end of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuçiq.

"(Vuçiq) It is coming to an end, but I can't say which month. It is a matter of months, because a youth revolution is happening there, which is so powerful that I did not expect to see such a thing. Therefore, I am very optimistic that the situation of Serbs in the entire territory of the former Yugoslavia, wherever they are, will change and normalize with the end of the political career of this pressure who calls himself president. He is president by chance and will end very soon", concludes Rašić.

Rašić's party, based on the preliminary CEC results for the February 9 elections, has won 3960 votes, which translates into one deputy in the Kosovo Assembly.

Meanwhile, the other party from the Serbian community in Kosovo, the Serbian List, won 38 votes, or nine deputies in the Assembly.
