The Democratic Party of Kosovo has sent two laws and the UP statute to the Constitutional Court. According to this party, the Law on the Independent Media Commission, the Law on the Prosecution Council of Kosovo and the statute of the UP are contrary to the constitutional spirit.

The head of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Abelard Tahiri, said that these are three new battles, for which he is convinced that they will win.

Tahiri added that they are seeking the interpretation of the Law on the Prosecutorial Council of Kosovo from the Constitutional Court.

In addition to the two laws, the Democratic Party of Kosovo submitted to the Constitutional Court the statute of the University of Pristina "Hasan Prishtina".
