A rare sight in the city of Lipjan. There you can see a new paved road, but the problem is that there is an electric pole in the middle of the road.

It is about "Hajredin Bajrami" street, in Lipjan, where the alley leading to the parking lot of the building has been paved, but where the electric pole has not been removed.
