The president of the country, Vjosa Osmani, has participated in the official reception organized by the president of the United States of America, Joe Biden. Osmani said that he received strong guarantees from Biden for the continuous American support to Kosovo.
According to the announcement of the Presidency, Osmani has repeated the position that the partnership with the USA is existential and inviolable.
Also, Osmani emphasized that the foundation of Kosovo's freedom and citizenship is the permanent alliance with the USA.
"Consequently, in this context, he reiterated the position that the partnership with America is existential, inviolable and irreplaceable. The President also had the opportunity to inform President Biden about the latest developments and challenges that Kosovo is facing. After this conversation, President Osmani emphasized that she received strong guarantees from President Biden for the continuous American support to Kosovo. President Osmani has thanked President Biden for the help, which the USA continues to give to Kosovo on its way to stability and development", announced the Presidency.
Osmani is staying in New York where the 78th session of the United Nations Assembly is being held.
