The Office of the European Union in Kosovo and the Government of Kosovo announce the opening of the XIV Round of application for the Young Professionals Scheme (YCS), EU postgraduate scholarship program for citizens of Kosovo, which is implemented by the Aristotle University Consortium. of Thessaloniki, Greece and the National Institute of Public Service, France. The application is open until Monday 9 December 2024 at 17:00.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to follow a Master's level program at the universities of EU member states. The scholarship program, which is conducted primarily in English, will provide 40 full scholarships. This call is open to the general public, as well as civil servants with degrees in the fields of: European Integration and Policy Planning, Law, Environment and Energy, Economics and other similar academic fields.

Representatives of non-majority communities and women are strongly encouraged to apply. Application forms, Rules of Procedure and complete set of supporting documents will be emailed to all interested applicants upon registration at the following website:
