The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo has announced that the weather will be mostly cloudy.

According to the institute, fog is expected in the lowlands, while light frosts will appear in the mountainous areas.

"Minimum temperatures will be from -1 to +1°C, while maximum temperatures will range from 6 to 9°C. Wind will blow from the northeast at a speed of 1-6 m/s", the announcement states.
