During his speech at the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Croatian President Zoran Milanović called for the recognition of Kosovo and the change of the electoral law in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Micky Haxhiislami, the chairman of the Japanese-Kosovar friendship association, wrote about this, and expressed his gratitude to the Croatian president.

"Thank you ~ thank you ~ hvala lijepa gospodine presdniče! The President of Croatia, Mr. "Zoran Milanović, yesterday at the 78th session of the United Nations Assembly, called for the recognition of Kosovo as a member of the UN," he wrote.
