The special representative of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, said that with Prime Minister Albin Kurti, they also talked about his conditions for the establishment of the Association. Although he said he notified him with the EU’s position on them, he did not make them public. However, he underlined that any agreement that was signed in the past must be implemented.
After the two-hour meeting with Kurti, Lajcak told reporters that they are preparing for a high-level constructive meeting in Brussels on the EU plan, or the so-called Franco-German dialogue plan.
