The European emissary for the dialogue Miroslav Lajčak has spoken about the preparations for the next meeting between the chief negotiators of Kosovo and Serbia in the dialogue process on October 24 in Brussels
In a post on Facebook, he spoke about the last meeting he had in Vienna with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, about the necessary steps to implement the agreement on the road to normalization.
"It is time to start implementation in earnest," the Slovak diplomat wrote in the post.
Lajcak also spoke about his participation in the anniversary of the Berlin Process Summit in Berlin at the invitation of Chancellor Olaf Scholz, saying that it was a good reminder of how the EU's stance on enlargement has evolved over the last decade.
"Today, the EU is more prepared than ever, but success depends equally on the commitment of the Western Balkans to tackle tough reforms", wrote Lajcak, who concluded this week's meetings in London with the British emissary for the Balkans Western, Stuart Peach, FCDO officials and experts for the Western Balkans.
