The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, received in a meeting the new non-resident ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Yousaf Junaid, whom he congratulated on his new assignment.

In the announcement of the Prime Minister's Office, it is stated that, appreciating Pakistan as a partner state and a friendly people, Prime Minister Kurti thanked him for the support to our country, especially for the membership in international organizations and the continuous support in the international arena.

"We talked about bilateral relations and the possibilities for their expansion, especially in economic cooperation and trade exchanges, as well as in other areas of mutual interest. Prime Minister Kurti emphasized the positive economic indicators in our country and the potential for investments, highlighting the favorable geographical position and the talented young population", the announcement states.

Ambassador Junaid expressed his gratitude for the cooperation between Pakistan and Kosovo and expressed readiness for further intensification. Appreciating the impressive progress in our country, he emphasized Pakistan's willingness to support development in the Republic of Kosovo.
