The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has stated that the state wants to help entrepreneurs, since the cost they pay for the training of workers, let the state take it because the dual system is economically beneficial for the individual and for the state.

Kurti in abandoning the campaign "Dual learning: Opportunities for employment and self-employment of young people", which aims to raise awareness in society, about the impact that Vocational Education and Training has on the economic development and growth of the country

He said that the population of young Kosovo is one of the greatest assets, therefore it is a duty and a privilege to equip them with the tools, skills and knowledge to achieve success in the dynamic market.

He gave details about the economic growth, saying that this year the economic growth can be completed with 3.8 percent.

The German ambassador in Prishtina, Jorn Rohde, said that Germany and Kosovo share a clear history in the education sector, and the priority of recent years has been to make young people capable of the labor market, offering them quality education and places of work.

According to him, in order to be successful, all actors must be involved, such as the Government and the business sector.

The Minister of Education, Arberie Nagavci, said that dual education has been a priority agenda for MEST, and so far over 900 students are following dual education in 12 different profiles.

It was said there that even the private sector has become part of the awareness that they should invest in the training of initial workers.
