The Mayor of the Municipality of Deçan, Bashkim Ramosaj, commenting on a letter from the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and Infrastructure to the Department of Urbanism in Deçan, regarding the drafting of the regulatory plan for the municipalities declared to be of public interest in the national park "Bjeshket e Nemura" , it has been stated that in this plan the Ministry of Agriculture and the Forestry Agency have been brought into play, which, wittingly or unwittingly, are ensnaring the municipality it runs.

Ramosaj, in the regular meeting of the Municipal Assembly, said that these ministries and agencies are entering into some kind of administrative conflict, because they do not know how far the legal right is.

"Setting the norms is in the interest of the citizens of this municipality, in this part of the forests... 25:37 In this case, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Forestry Agency have also come into play, which are not clear and have a certain conclusion of laws and norms among themselves, because they do not know to what extent the mandate or legal right of the Park Agency, the Ministry of Environment, Agriculture and the Forestry Agency is, there is a certain administrative conflict between these agencies that you wanted, unwittingly they are trapping us", says Ramosaj.

Meanwhile, the director of urbanism in the Municipality of Deçan, Ramë Mela, says that this decision will be valid and there will be no problem for the drafting of the regulatory plan in the national park "Bjeshket e Nemura".

"I think that for these two supplementary decisions, it will be valid and there will be no problem for the drafting of the regulatory plan in the national park "Bjeshket e Nemura" for the areas that we have declared interest for the development of tourism in our municipality. We are the first municipality to undertake these activities", says Mela.
