Addressing Tuesday's meeting of the Council of Ministers, Acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev reaffirmed Bulgaria's strong support for the enlargement of the European Union (EU) with the countries of the Western Balkans, as well as with Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia.

Bulgaria is a connecting bridge between the Western Balkans and Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia, Glavchev emphasized and underlined that Bulgaria has always supported enlargement. According to the Prime Minister, expansion is the basis for increasing security, stability and economic development not only in these countries, but also in the EU as a whole, but only if the commitments of each of the countries are respected. /BTA-KosovaPress
