The Chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, hosted the municipal directors of education from the ranks of this party, with whom he discussed the latest developments regarding school textbooks.
He wrote that "the incompetence and legal violations of this Government, for the second year in a row in education, only ten days before the start of the new school year, are harming students and families, causing them new difficulties, but also expenses big for Kosovar families".
According to Krasniqi, the inequality that is being offered as a solution to the citizens was overcome 15 years ago with the decisions of the PDK by giving free books to every student.
"Together we discussed and raised the deep concern about the recent scandal of the Kurti Government, regarding the non-supply of school textbooks to students. The inequality, which is being offered as a solution to Kosovar families, has been overcome since 15 years ago by the decisions of the PDK, with the provision of free books to every student. The burden of governing incompetence, unjustly and through the fault of the rulers, will be borne only by the citizens of our country", he wrote.
