The Central Election Commission has released new statistics, with 89.62% of the votes counted, according to which the Vetëvendosje Movement leads with 310318 votes or 41.07%, followed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo with 168617 votes or 22.31%, the Democratic League with 132838 votes or 17.58%, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo in fourth place with 57423 votes or 7.60%.
These preliminary results do not include conditional votes, votes from people with special needs, and votes from outside Kosovo.
The Central Election Commission (CEC) has announced that data on the voting process will be collected manually from all polling stations, due to the application's malfunction.
In a press conference, the chairman of the CEC, Kreshnik Radoniqi, said that the failure to transmit data or preliminary results of political entities through the electronic platform has no impact on the results that are already part of these forms.
Otherwise, the final results of the 2021 elections show that LVV received 438.335 votes or 50,280%, PDK 148.285 votes or 17,009%, LDK with 110.985 votes or 12,731% and AAK with 62.111 votes or 7,124%.
