In the Washington agreement, Kosovo has pledged to declare Hezbollah a terrorist organization and to fully adhere to measures to limit its operations and financial activities. But the security experts claim that Kosovo is handicapped in the fight against terrorism, because the country has failed to be a member of the international organizations, such as Interpol.

The former commander of the Kosovo Security Force, at the same time a security expert, Kadri Kastrati, says for KosovaPress, that all roads from east to west pass through Kosovo, for which, according to him, the danger of spreading terrorism is extremely high.
