The Municipality of Obiliq has today distributed agricultural equipment as subsidies for 120 farmers of this municipality. This support for farmers took place in cooperation with "Islamic Relief Kosova". The mayor of Obiliq, Xhafer Gashi, said that the purpose of supporting farmers with agricultural equipment is to facilitate the work of farmers to work the land.

Mayor Gashi warns that from February next year there will be other equipment for other farmers.

"We want to facilitate the work of our farmers. This is the third or fourth cooperation and I believe that we will continue from February with other farmers. There are about 120 farmers who benefit from various equipment, starting from cultivators, tillers, threshers and other equipment. We hope that these will be in their function to facilitate their work. There are over 100 (vehicles)", said Gashi.

Meanwhile, the representative of "Islamic Relief Kosovo", Albulena Gashi Hajrullahu said that this organization cooperates with 22 municipalities of Kosovo, in support of farmers and families that are in sustainable economic development.

The organization "Islamic Relief Kosovo" usually cooperates with municipalities in support of farmers and families that are in sustainable economic development. As an organization, we have helped most municipalities, while today we are in the municipality of Obiliq. Until now, we have 22 municipalities in Kosovo", she said.

The value of this subsidy is over 120 thousand euros.
