Ismet Krasniqi has been re-elected as president of the Kosovo Olympic Committee for the next four years.
At the Electoral Assembly of the Kosovo Olympic Committee, Ismet Krasniqi was the only candidate for the position of president and he was voted in by acclamation by the 89 delegates present at the assembly.
In his speech immediately after his election, Krasniqi said that in the next four years the main priority will be to focus on the development of new generations, but also to achieve greater results in the international arena, as well as increasing the budget of the Kosovo Olympic Committee.
Previously, this Electoral Assembly also approved the KOK's annual work report for 2024, the financial report, as well as the action and financial plan for 2025.
Meanwhile, Besim Hasani was elected honorary president of the Kosovo Olympic Committee.
