The candidate for prime minister of the Coalition for a Winning Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has promised capital investments worth 25 billion euros during his four-year governing mandate. During a meeting with businesses, he said that when they come to power, they will aim for economic growth of seven percent.

According to him, over the course of four years, there will be 9 billion euros in capital investments from the state, and 16 billion from the private sector.
"We aim for seven percent economic growth and we estimate that such an ambition will turn the economy around. At the same time, we calculate that for a government mandate, investments will reach 25 billion euros, both public and private. Of course, 9 billion are public capital investments, while 16 billion are from the private sector," he said.
Speaking about relations with the United States of America (USA), Haradinaj said that the focus will also be on economic cooperation. He emphasized the need for the Trump Tower building, as an investment, to also take place in Pristina.
"I've heard that there are ideas for a Trump Tower in Belgrade and the region. We think that too." Prishtina "It deserves a Trump Tower and we would have welcomed such an investment. Not only this but also other projects that can be identified in the meantime," Haradinaj added.
On the other hand, the chairman of the Social Democratic Initiative, Fatmir Limaj, accused current Prime Minister Albin Kurti of stagnating the country over the past four years.
"The country has not been working for four years. Unfortunately, the country has been exposed to fraud, slander and accusations for four years. Kosovo is not in the race for economic development and prosperity and well-being for its citizens. Kosovo has been in the race for four years of fraud, slander and lies. In the race for obstacles to make life more difficult for the citizens of Kosovo and, unfortunately, for you who are the promoters of economic development and prosperity of this country", declared Limaj. /KosovaPress/
