The Court of Appeal decided not to accept Enkelejd Alibeaj's appeal with a unanimous decision by the young judges.

The judging panel composed of Alma Ahmeti and members Iliba Bezati and Elona Toro did not accept the appeal, leaving in effect the decision of the court of the First Instance made by judge Agron Zhukri that the seal belongs to Berisha.

On December 27 of last year, the Supreme Court returned for reconsideration the decision given by Agron Zhukri, who recognized Sali Berisha as the chairman of the Democratic Party.
