Sky Sport Italia reports that Napoli are ready to sign AC Milan striker Noah Okafor if Allan Saint-Maximin does not move to the Stadio Maradona.

Napoli have 'reserved' the transfer of Okafor from Milan. The Partenopei are still looking for a replacement for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and according to Sky, they have reached an agreement with Okafor's agents.

The Swiss international was close to joining RB Leipzig earlier this month, but his transfer to Germany fell through after medical tests, KosovaPress reported.

Okafor is not Napoli's main target. The Serie A leaders are still trying to reach a full deal for Fenerbahce loanee Saint-Maximin, who is under contract with Al-Ahli.

If the deal to sign the Frenchman on loan falls through, Napoli are ready to sign Okafor.

Milan have identified Chelsea's Joao Felix as the ideal replacement for Okafor, so the Portuguese's agent Jorge Mendes is working on a possible deal with the Blues.
