CubyLink, a company known for its innovative solutions with the use of artificial intelligence, with over five million customers on their platform in Germany, has today opened its new point in Pristina.

With a dedicated and energetic team, CubyLink aims to engage the motivated young people of Kosovo in creating technological solutions for the German energy market. Combining its experience with new energy, CubyLink offers a unique platform to foster creativity and develop new skills, thereby contributing to the growth of the country's technology sector.

The owner of CubyLink, Bashkim Malushaj, said that the new point in Pristina has started with 15 workers and that the working conditions are excellent, thus encouraging a calm and productive environment.

He emphasized that until now all the collaborators are satisfied and that none has chosen to leave.

"We have some programmers who are existing in other companies that we have here in Kosovo. With the recent successes we have had, we have made the decision to unite them all in one place, in this CubyLink company that only exists in Germany several years and now I have opened it here in Kosovo, to use the potential that we have. And to give our colleagues a perspective to work with new technologies that is the use of artificial intelligence. CubyLink gives the opportunity to work in the latest technologies that are out there. We've managed to get our customers, those who put their customers in our systems, we've managed to have five million customers on our platform. That's a huge potential for it made new solutions, let's think how to speed up the process in Germany as well, to have an effect from Kosovo for the German market... At the moment we have started in Kosovo with 15 workers... The conditions of the workers are very good, without giving specific figures . But, with all the collaborators that we have started to cooperate with, none has left." said Malushaj.

The head of the Developers Department at CubyLink in Germany, Jens Lohaus expressed his happiness about the opening of the new CubyLink point in Pristina. He emphasized that in Germany they already have the experience to offer software solutions for energy companies by means of artificial intelligence.

While emphasizing that young people in Kosovo have innovative ideas and are motivated to work, he indicated that the special feature of this business is the provision of special solutions for the German energy market.

"I feel very happy that we have the opportunity to have an office here in Pristina. And this is now opening because we in Germany have the contact and let's say the experience to develop software solutions for energy companies, we do it with artificial intelligence and here in Pristina there are so many young people who have the motivation to do new things and they want to learn, and that's something that I feel very happy to work together with them to be able to show them things, but also to get ideas from them, because they are probably the most innovative in several points, and this is a great opportunity for us, so for us as a company and also for me. The special feature of this business is that we make special solutions for the German energy market". emphasized Lohaus.

Meanwhile, the head of the Department of Programmers at CubyLink in Kosovo, Alban Ilazi, said that they intend to increase the capacities of this company even more, because according to him they can contribute to solving the problems of this field.

"Our team built by many people, we have a team that is worldwide, at least planned to be worldwide. We have a team in Germany, we have a team in Kosovo and it is expected to grow even more. All this thanks to our experience in Kosovo that we can contribute to solving the problems towards the European part, the part of other countries that are really very developed", emphasized Ilazi.

While the director of this company, Hamdi Malushaj, in a speech on the occasion of the opening of the new CubyLink point, he said that they are starting a new future with great prospects. He said that the German market has become a good solution for this company and that CubyLink is an adequate solution for the German market.

"I believe that we are starting a new future with a very big perspective. The German market has become a good solution for us and we are an adequate solution for the German market. In the trials of German companies, we are told at the tables that we are more the best in other parts and countries, who have collaborators outside Kosovo. We are excelling", said Malushaj.
