Dear representatives of the Albanian people,
The current conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, the strengthening of the BRICS states, the tensions in the political scene of the European Union, especially in Germany and France, as well as the rivalry between the United States and China, are rapidly changing the global geopolitical order. The return of President Trump to the White House will intensify these dynamics, bringing profound changes in the way states and international institutions interact.
This new context has direct consequences for political stability and development in Southeast Europe, including Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and the Preševo Valley. Faced with these challenges, it is essential that the Albanian representatives from these areas develop a common strategy to protect and advance national interests.
In this spirit:
1. we propose the creation of a common national platform, composed of legitimate representatives from all Albanian territories, which will identify Albanian strategic interests and priorities, building a coherent and unified approach to respond to global challenges.
2. We invite you to proactively present these positions and priorities to the new US administration, including President Trump, ensuring that our voice and interests are adequately represented in this new global order. Respectfully,
