The national football team of Morocco and Spain secured today the ticket to the semi-finals of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Morocco "destroyed" the National Team of the United States of America, defeating it with a deep score of 4:0, reports KosovaPress.

The winning goals for the Moroccans were scored by Soufiane Rahimi (29th minute), Ilias Akhomach (63th minute), Achraf Hakimi (70th minute) and El Mehdi Maouhoub (90th+1st minute).

Meanwhile, a convincing victory was also scored by Spain, which defeated the Japanese national team 3:0.

The goals for "La Roja" were scored by Fermin Lopez (11th minute and 73rd minute) and Abel Ruiz (86th minute).

Now, Morocco and Spain will face off in the semi-finals, with the match taking place on August 5 at the "Vélodrome" stadium starting at 18:00.
