The professor of the Faculty of Medicine, Albena Reshitaj, has come out in support of the students who are protesting against sexual harassment at the University of Pristina.

Entering the Ethics Council of the UP, in the rectorate of the University of Pristina, she said that she followed with concern the report of 27 UP students for sexual harassment by a professor.

"I have come today to support all the victims of sexual harassment, especially at the University of Pristina, all the victims and blackmails that happen in this temple of knowledge and to fight together with all of you, professors and students of UP these phenomena, which have been covered in the past and the results are being seen. These phenomena should not be covered and silenced. "Silence is approval of evil and those who remain silent are part of the crime," she said, adding that the courage of those students who reported sexual harassment should be supported.

She has called on the Council of Ethics to stop degrading the personality of students, as UP must protect students.
