Kosovo is implementing a $236 million Millennium Challenge Corporation MCC compact to create a more sustainable, inclusive and reliable energy sector. This was announced by the Embassy of Germany in Pristina.

Millennium Challenge Corporation - MCC Country Director Rinor Gjonbalaj met with Economy Minister Rizvanolli to announce that with a recent adjustment of the income threshold, Kosovo is back in the pool of MCC candidate countries.

"Currently, Kosovo is implementing a $236 million MCC compact to create a more sustainable, inclusive and reliable energy sector. A step forward for the bright future of Kosovo", says an announcement from the embassy.
