The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Inter-Community Relations, Ivan Stoilkovic, in Belgrade, had visited the so-called "Serbia is calling" children's camp where about 50 children from North Macedonia had also participated.

The event took place during the period from August 1 to 11 of last year, and in the description of the event, on the official website of this ministry, there is still this text, "Part of the camp that is completely free of charge for children aged 12- 15 years old, there are also children from Kosovo and Metohia..."

Let us recall that on October 09, 2008, Macedonia recognized the independence of Kosovo, while this action of Minister Stoilkovic is also contrary to the pledges of the two Prime Ministers Mickoski - Kurti during the joint governmental meeting of Kosovo - North Macedonia in November last year.

The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristjan Mickoski, in the joint conference with Kurti in Pristina, among other things, answered the questions regarding the absence of Stoilkovic from the government delegation of Macedonia, which had traveled to Kosovo in almost full composition.

According to Mickoski, even though he had very much wanted to be present in Pristina, Stoliković's absence was reasonable.

But, commenting on his positions on Kosovo's statehood and whether he has spoken with him about this issue, Prime Minister Mickoski gave this answer.

"I think that as a state and as a government we have shown what Kosovo is, among the first in the world. We must not allow this subject to be misused. If someone keeps trying to repeat this, I think we'll miss the point. I think that what is happening today and in advance in Skopje, the very beginnings of Kosovo's independence and what the Macedonian government did among the first in the world, is a clear indicator of our position," said Mickoski.

The two prime ministers Kurti and Mickoski said during the conference that Prishtina and Skopje do not believe that ethnic differences, without being instigated by certain political circles, can bring new tensions in the Balkans.

When we are talking about certain political circles, it is worth mentioning Saturday's protest in front of the Serbian Embassy in Skopje, in support of the Serbian president, perhaps as a response to the protest of Skopje students in support of their colleagues from Belgrade.

While the First Deputy Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Izet Mexhiti, has reacted by saying that Stoilkovic is a representative of the Serbs and that they do not claim to make him an Albanian. While he said that they have given him a message.

"As for Stoilkovic, we gave an order the moment the interpellation for Stoilkovic was voted on, the deputies of VLEN were not present there. We do not deny that Stoilkovic is a representative of the Serbs, we do not pretend to make him an Albanian, nor to think like us, but the differences between us and those of the past were that, on their own initiative, they became part of Open Balkan, which did not know Kosovo. We know him in the Republic of Kosovo", added Mejhiti. /tvklan.mk/
