During the last three days, the Kosovo Police has confiscated a significant amount of weapons in the north of the country.

In his response, Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that calls for inspection come from ordinary citizens who alert the police.

"People's safety and the safety of the entire country remain a key priority for our government, especially when we face such imminent threats to our collective security," Kurti wrote in X.
