The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, at the same time the candidate for prime minister, Lumir Abdixhiku, has called on citizens to vote for change in the parliamentary elections of February 9, 2025, saying that the only address for economic development and consolidation of Kosovo's citizenship is the LDK.

This tour of change, which starts today in Pristina, continues tomorrow in Viti and the day after tomorrow in Pejë, travels through the cities of Kosovo and in exile. This is a call for rapprochement and unification", he said.
According to him, the upcoming elections are a "crossroads" for the state of Kosovo and its orientation, as he repeatedly promised to increase the salary coefficient in the public sector by 150 euros, saying that infrastructure projects will be completed within three years in his government.
"Kosovo stands at the biggest political and existential crossroads since its foundation. The elections of February 9 must also be understood at this crossroads, as they are held to determine the fate of Kosovo... We call for major political change in Kosovo, a call for change for the new path of the Democratic League of Kosovo", he said.
He also presented the candidates for deputies from Prishtina: Hykmete Bajrami, Berat Rukiqi, Besian Mustafa, Doarsa Kica-Xhelili, Doruntine Maloku, Elmire Nikçi, Fadil Aliu, Florian Dushi, Donjeta Dragusha, Ismet Beqiri, Izet Sadiku, Jehona Lushaku, Jeta Rafuna, Sokol Havolli, Fiknete Bejta, Krenar Xhaferi, Sibel Halimi, Vlora Dumoshi, Arben Gashi.
Meanwhile, the vice president of the LDK, Hykmete Bajrami, accused the Government of Albin Kurti of isolating Kosovo.
"We lost four years, 12 billion budget and we lost all our allies. Today we are a country under EU sanctions because of the policies of this government. The February 9 elections are elections between democracy and autocracy. It is a choice between integration and isolation, it is a choice between development and regression", she said.
This gathering, according to the leader of this party, starts in the capital, to continue throughout Kosovo.
