As voting continues for the US presidential election, the race continues to be extremely close between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

The latest BBC poll shows a Trump lead in four of the seven states expected to decide the fate of the election.

As has been the case for the past few weeks, the margins in each are too small to effectively tell who is ahead, especially when you consider a margin of error of about three to four percentage points.

In the last check a few hours ago, the data suggested small leads for Trump in Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina and Arizona, with similarly small results for Harris in Wisconsin and Michigan, while in Pennsylvania, which holds more too many electoral votes, there is a tie.
