The possible change of the American administration is expected to influence the approach of the USA towards global problems, but also towards Kosovo. Today there is a vote for the new president, while the polls indicate a close race.

For the presidential elections, the candidates are Kamala Harris from the Democratic Party and Donald Trump from the Republican Party.

Faton Bislimi from the Albanian-American Civic League (LQShA), tells KosovaPress that Albanians there will largely support Vice President Harris.

Three days before the elections in the United States, the candidate for president, Kamala Harris, addressed a letter to the Albanian-American community. In this letter, American relations and contribution to the achievement of Kosovo's independence are emphasized.

The chairman of the Albanian-American committee, Haxhi Dauti, says that this is the first letter for the Albanians.
