The head of Kosovar diplomacy, Donika Gërvalla, met the Minister for Europe of France, Benjamin Haddad, on the sidelines of the Ministerial Conference on the Human Dimension of the Peace Formula for Ukraine in Montreal, Canada.

France's support for Kosovo on the road to Euro-Atlantic membership, the common commitment to peace and stability in the region and Europe, as well as the increase in economic cooperation between the two countries were the main topics of discussion.

Gërvalla asked for France's continued support for Kosovo's membership in international organizations, stressing that integration into the Euro-Atlantic structures is a natural process that reflects the strategic orientation of our country and the aspirations of its citizens.

The meeting also discussed cooperation in economy, culture and education, reaffirming Kosovo's commitment to strengthen ties with France and contribute to peace and stability in the region and Europe.
