The deputy of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Hykmete Bajrami, said that the expenses of the institutions for fuel are 31 million euros for 2023.

The former Minister of Finance, Bajrami, calling Murat manipulative, while also asking him a question. Bajrami has also published a report of the National Audit Office regarding these expenses.

"Tell me who's lying. Is the National Audit Office lying? In the 2023 Audit Report, on page 42, it is written that there are 31 million euros spent on fuel. Minister, the only manipulator here is you, but the frauds and manipulations are coming to an end and very soon, on February 9", she writes on Facebook.

The Minister of Finance, Hekuran Murati, reacted after the statement given by LDK MP Hykmete Bajrami that the Kurti Government spent 31 million euros on fuel.

Murati said that Bajram's statement is untrue, since according to him, the cost of fuel for vehicles for 2023, for the central and local level, is 10.47 million euros.

"Hikmet, if I have to answer you the way you asked the question, you are the one who is lying, when you say that 31 million euros of oil was spent on official cars (see the second photo). The indisputable fact is that in 2023 for the government, together with all other institutions and municipalities, fuel for cars (and not only official ones, but mainly the police and the KSF) was spent 10.47 million euros", writes Murati.
