Three people are arrested after the anti-drug operation of the police
The Directorate for the Investigation of Narcotics Trafficking of the Kosovo Police has arrested three suspects.
According to the police, during the implementation of the anti-drug tactical plan, supported by the unit for rapid response to suspected persons and during the search on their bodies and locations, they found quantities of narcotic substances weighing about 370 grams, a scale, three knives and money ready 4 thousand 870 euros.
"Regarding the involvement of the police officer in this case, the Police Inspectorate of Kosovo (IPK) was immediately notified for further procedures. In consultation with the Prosecutor from the Department of Serious Crimes, the case was initiated and the three suspects are sent to the detention center for further legal proceedings", the announcement states.
According to the police, the case remains to be investigated by the anti-drugs of the Kosovo Police (PK), the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) and the Prosecution of Serious Crimes in Pristina.
"The Kosovo Police remains committed to fighting all criminal offenses and arresting and bringing before the justice bodies all suspected persons, regardless of their role and function," the announcement states.
