Following the 1 Series and 2 Series Coupe, BMW introduced the redesigned 2 Series Gran Coupe.

The five-door version received a slightly more aggressive sporty appearance, but the biggest innovation is still visible in the cabin.

The renewed Gran Coupe 220 model with 170 horsepower can be seen on the road from March 2025 if you buy it at a price of 41.400 euros in Germany. It's no mistake, and this model accepts the new nomenclature, where gasoline engines lose the "i" sign from the designation.

As for prices, the next most powerful gasoline engine in the series is the 300 hp M235 - 59.700 euros. The offer will also include two diesels, 218d with 150 horsepower for 41.700 euros and 220d with 163 horsepower - 45.000 euros.

The front part has changed lights and a "kidney" mask even more flattened, thus receiving a special lighting. Let's add to everything new intakes and a new position of the BMW badge, as well as new lights at the rear. The higher-end version also gets exposed tailpipes.

All this slightly changed the dimensions of the car, but the offer of space in the cabin remained almost the same - 430 liters of luggage. However, the biggest innovation is in the cabin - the introduction of a curved screen and the removal of the iDrive control.

BMW is often praised for its exterior design, and the latest in the series is a comparison with South Korean KIA, but judging by the sales, it seems that the Bavarians are still doing a good job.
