Two grant agreements were signed today within the "Energy Efficient in Public Buildings in Prizren" project, with a total value of 1 million euros.

According to an announcement by the Ministry of Finance, the project in question envisages the reconstruction, rehabilitation and renovation of about 100 public buildings, including family medicine centers, nurseries and schools, in order to guarantee the most suitable conditions for citizens and employees who use these spaces. public as well as contributing to energy saving.

"At the signing ceremony, the Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Mr. Hekuran Murati, Director of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Kosovo, Mr. Sergiy Maslichenko, and the Vice-Mayor of the Municipality of Prizren, Mr. Remember Gashi. During this meeting, the grant agreement between EBRD and MFPT was signed, as well as the sub-grant agreement, which provides for the transfer of funds to the Municipality of Prizren for the implementation of the project in question", the announcement states.

It is further said that the agreements signed today come after an agreement ratified last year for the same project, which had a value of 5 million euros.
