President Vjosa Osmani, during a meeting today with the US Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Western Balkans, Alexander Kasanof, discussed the further strengthening of the alliance with the US, as well as the importance of close cooperation to fulfill common strategic goals. .

Osmani expressed her deep gratitude for the continuous support of the USA to Kosovo, laying out the need for a strategic dialogue with the USA, as an important step in strengthening the partnership.

In this context, the first of our country underlined the importance of Kosovo's membership in NATO, as this will strengthen the country's security and regional stability.

The meeting also discussed the possibility of deepening cooperation in various fields of mutual interest, such as the field of defense and security.
