From today, Kosovo will no longer be represented by UNMIK in CEFTA, but by its own institutions.

In a media conference, the Minister of Industry, Rozeta Hajdari, said that after 13 years, Kosovo has finally settled this issue in the CEFTA mechanism.

Hajdari emphasized that after the CEFTA Joint Committee meeting, 13 decisions were approved that were sent earlier and were pending. Whereas, as for the first decision, she appreciates it as a great result of this government.

Minister Hajdari said that in addition to the approval of this request, the other 13 approved decisions include equal economic and commercial access.

The prime minister's adviser, Jeton Zulfaj, said that the removal of UNMIK from the representation of Kosovo in CEFTA was achieved thanks to the actions of the Government headed by Albin Kurti.

Zulfaj has confirmed the participation of Prime Minister Albin Kurti in the Berlin Process.
